Grigoriy Rublev, President and CEO
Mr. Rublev is a senior executive with 10 years' experience managing cross functional R&D teams in successful start-ups. Prior to AsisChem he was an executive at Plum where he was responsible for product management and development. Prior to joining Plum, Mr. Rublev has held senior roles at Venafi, GreatNonprofits and ZoomInfo. He also co-founded CompleteCase.com, one of the first providers of online legal services. Mr. Rublev holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from SUNY at Buffalo and a High Tech MBA from Northeastern University.

Ilya Kuchuk, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer and Board Member
As the Chief Scientific Officer and Founder, Dr. Kuchuk leads AsisChem's research and development efforts. He has over fifteen years of experience in industry and university research. Prior to AsisChem Dr. Kuchuk worked for Starks Associates Inc. in Buffalo, NY, where he excelled in process development and preparation of variety of drug candidates and became an expert in a variety of custom projects. Dr. Kuchuk received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from St. Petersburg State University, Russia.

Mikhail Kuznetsov, Ph.D., Director of Chemistry
Dr. Kuznetsov has over thirty five years of experience in synthetic organic chemisty. He authored and co-authored over a hundred scientific publications and is a highly regarded expert in the field of chemistry of heterocyclic compounds. Professor Kuznetsov received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from St. Petersburg State University, Russia.

Natalia Labeysh, Ph.D., Director of Operations
Dr. Labeysh is responsible for all lab operations at AsisChem's research sites and kilo laboratory. She has over 25 years experience in synthetic organic chemistry and has previously served as a general manager for IRIX Neva. She recieved her doctorate degree from St. Petersburg Technological Institute.

Bryan Roland, Ph.D., Director of Project Management
Dr. Roland is responsible for project coordination and management. He has over eight years experience in material science and organic synthesis. Before joining AsisChem he worked in the field of custom synthesis as a senior research chemist. He received his doctorate degree from the University of Arizona and his MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Emile Bellott, Ph.D., Director of Medicinal Chemistry Services
Dr. Emile (Mel) Bellott is a drug discovery and development professional with a long track record of success in drug discovery. In more than 25 years of industry experience, his pharmaceutical activities have focused on drug discovery and development, synthesis and design of small molecule therapeutics, and informatics and structural biology. He served as VP of Operations, and co-founder of two development-stage biotech companies and directed medicinal chemistry activities at several emerging pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. His operational experience spans medical devices, pharmaceutical development, chemistry outsourcing, and life science software. He is co-inventor on over 10 issued US patents and multiple patent applications. He earned a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from Harvard and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
