Order Process
Placing an Order:
The best way to place any new order for any of our products is to submit a list of compound ID numbers as a simple text file attachment (single column, no spacing between ID numbers) via email to sales@asischem.com or directly to the specific AsisChem representative with whom you have been working. In the body of the email, please indicate the PO number, mg amount desired, total number of compounds, compound collection name, and special requests for formatting, delivery schedule, or electronic formatting specifics. Please see our Terms for details regarding formatting of plates, vials, electronic information, etc. You may also send the PO via fax (617.576.9816) or mail directly to:

Processing of Orders by AsisChem:
After a client places an order for AsisChem compounds or library, this order is entered in our computerized order processing and logistics system. Most of the orders are formatted and packaged in our St. Petersburg lab facility. We take every possible measure to ensure that your order is processed and handled exactly to your desired specifications. Depending upon the size and formatting requirements, an order generally takes 1-2 weeks before it is delivered, but could take longer if any custom packaging is required. Each shipment in any format is accompanied by a full set of documentation.
