Terms and Conditions
Legal Terms:
AsisChem, Inc. provides compound samples on a non-exclusive basis and retains no proprietary rights on compounds purchased by the client. The client will own purchased compound samples and will be free to use them, as well as any idea, invention, improvement, or discovery related to these compounds made by the client in any manner without royalties or any further obligations to AsisChem, Inc., unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. The client shall indemnify and hold harmless AsisChem, Inc. against any claim resulting from the client's use of compound samples. AsisChem, Inc. makes no representation or warranty to the clients, expressed or implied, in regards to the purchased compound samples, including without limitation any warranty of non-infringement, safety, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Quality Control Terms:
All compounds within our database are subject to an exhaustive 100% NMR/MS Quality Control confirming their identity and purity (90% minimum). NMR (Bruker 300 MHz NMR-spectrometer) is used as a first choice method for 100% of compounds. Spectra interpretation and final approval of each compound are executed by a dedicated group of Ph.D. analytical chemists, with only compounds having confirmed identity and over 90% purity or greater being retained. Electronic copies of original NMR spectra for all compounds shipped are available upon request.

Dry Powder Formats:
AsisChem's standard Vial formats : All standard vial formats are provided in our 4 ml (1 dram) Kimble screw thread amber borosilicate glass vials (Kimble catalog # 60920D-1, VWR catalog # 66010-552). Solid compound samples in vials are provided with black rubber lined plastic screw caps. Liquid compound samples in vials (typically 5% of all compounds) are provided with white Teflon-lined screw caps for extra protection and easy visual identification.
Custom Vial Formats:
Client custom vials can be accommodated for a nominal extra charge. Please contact our sales team for more details.

Terms of payment: Regular net 30 days for established accounts. Partial shipments are invoiced separately.
